笔者在教学实践中发现,不少学生在预摆时双臂没有摆起,上体没有伸展开,髋部前后活动幅度小,一直处于膝关节和腰腹后,导致两腿屈伸时大小腿活动幅度小,下屈时夹角大,伸展时夹角小,致使双臂向下后摆时重心高,腿部没有形成很大的压力。臂上摆时重心低,身体没有充分伸展,没有做出抬头、挺胸和顶髋的动作,这一细节却影响了立定跳远成绩的提高。
