铁水脱钛预处理的目的是为了预先降低铁水中的Ti含量,减轻炼钢过程中脱Ti的任务,使成品钢中Ti含量进一步降低,以此来满足如轴承钢、弹簧钢等低钛钢种的质量要求。研究了采用铁精粉作为脱钛剂进行铁水脱钛的技术开发和实际应用问题。首先利用500kg感应炉进行了实验室热模拟实验。结果表明,脱钛率平均为68.70%,最高脱钛率为83.60%。在此基础上,开发了用铁精粉进行机械搅拌脱钛新工艺,并成功应用到工业生产中,取得了脱钛率为86.64%的良好效果。还对脱钛过程中伴随的Si、Mn、C等元素的氧化行为进行分析研究,证明了铁精粉脱钛新工艺的可行性和先进性。
The purpose of hot metal desilication pretreatment is to pre-reduce the content of Ti in molten iron and reduce the task of de-Ti in the process of steelmaking so as to further reduce the Ti content in finished steel so as to meet the requirements of low titanium steel such as bearing steel and spring steel Kind of quality requirements. The technical development and practical application of iron removal from titanium using iron powder as a titanium removal agent were studied. First, a 500kg induction furnace was used to conduct laboratory thermal simulation experiments. The results showed that the average removal rate of titanium was 68.70% and the maximum rate of titanium removal was 83.60%. On this basis, the new technology of decarburizing titanium by mechanical stirring with iron powder was developed and successfully applied to industrial production, and the good effect of the titanium removal rate of 86.64% was achieved. The oxidation behavior of Si, Mn, C and other elements accompanying with titanium removal was also analyzed. The feasibility and advanced nature of the new technology for decarburization of iron concentrate were proved.
