《欧洲共同语言参考框架:学习,教学,评估》(Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:learning,teaching,assessment;CEFR)(以下简称《欧共体参考》),是欧洲委员会在2001年11月通过的一套建议标准,为欧洲语言教学的课程设计、大纲制订、语言测试和教材编纂提供了一个共同的基础和参考。该标准详细地描述了语言学习者进行有效交流时所必须掌握的技能和达到的标准。本文着重分析了其新的教育理念和评估方法,并联系我国中学英语教学现状提出了一些课堂教学建议。
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: learning, teaching, assessment (CEFR) (European Community Reference) was adopted by the European Commission in November 2001 The set of recommended standards for the European language teaching curriculum design, outline development, language testing and compilation of textbooks provides a common basis and reference. The standard provides a detailed description of the skills and standards that language learners must master to communicate effectively. This article focuses on analyzing its new educational philosophy and evaluation methods, and puts forward some suggestions for classroom teaching in connection with the current situation of English teaching in secondary schools in our country.
