作者分析了100例慢性心窦房功能紊乱患者的临床特徵、症状学以及合并神经肌肉疾病的发生率。并举2例说明诊断常遇到的困难。本组病人均系证实的,以未阐明病因的窦性心动徐缓(<60次/每分钟)或窦房停搏为主要特徵。某些病例伴房性心动过速,心房扑动和心房纤颤的发作。全组男51例、女49例。检查时平均年龄64.7岁(从7～93岁)。症状起始于5～94岁,以50～79岁
The authors analyzed the clinical features, symptomatology, and incidence of neuromuscular disease in 100 patients with sinus node dysfunction. Two cases were given to illustrate the difficulties encountered in diagnosis. This group of patients were confirmed, with etiology of sinus bradycardia (<60 beats / min) or sinoatrial arrest as the main feature. Some cases with atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation episodes. The whole group of 51 males and 49 females. The average age of check 64.7 years (from 7 to 93 years old). Symptoms start from 5 to 94 years to 50 to 79 years old
