1.前言本文叙述301型磁头的设计过程和试制结果。该磁头用于 DIPS 高速、大容量磁鼓,它具有如下特点:(1)考虑到磁头浮动块的小型化,设计了轻负荷、跟随特性好的浮动块,以保持微小且稳定的浮动间隙。(2)由于浮动块和铁心的热胀系数相近,提高了浮动面的耐热性和时间稳定性。(3)采用了宽片弹簧作为支撑弹簧的一部分,提高了弹簧宽度方向的刚性,减少了由于外部振动而造成的磁道偏差。(4)由于(2)、(3)两项而提高了可靠性。(5)多块磁头浮动块同时进行机械加工,既提高了工效,又降低了磁头成本。2.设计方针在象磁鼓那样的每道一头装置中,要把磁
1. Preface This article describes the 301 type head design process and trial results. The head is used for DIPS high-speed, high-capacity drum. It has the following features: (1) Considering the miniaturization of the head slider, a slider with light load and good follow-up characteristics is designed to maintain a small and stable floating gap. (2) Due to the similar thermal expansion coefficient of the slider and the core, the heat resistance and the time stability of the floating surface are improved. (3) A wide leaf spring is used as a part of the support spring, which increases the rigidity in the width direction of the spring and reduces the track deviation caused by the external vibration. (4) Increased reliability due to (2), (3). (5) more pieces of head slider at the same time machining, both to improve work efficiency, but also reduce the head cost. 2. Design guidelines In drum-like devices like each head, to put the magnet
