目的:探讨TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因在结直肠癌中表达的相关性以及TXNIP基因与结直肠癌临床病理特性的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测71例结直肠癌组织中TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因的蛋白表达水平,RT-PCR方法分析51例结直肠癌组织中TXNIP与Kiss-1基因基因的mRNA水平。结果:免疫组化和RT-PCR结果均表明在结直肠癌组织中TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因的表达呈明显正相关性(P <0.05)。在结直肠癌组织中,伴淋巴结转移组、远处转移组和DukesC、D组TXNIP基因阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组、无远处转移组和DukesA、B期组(P <0.05)。结论:TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因在结直肠癌组织中的表达可能存在正相关,TXNIP基因可能与结直肠癌转移抑制基因Kiss-1具有相近的生物学功能,对结直肠癌的转移存在抑制作用。“,”Objective To research the relationship between the TXNIP gene with the Kiss-1 gene in colorectal carcinoma, and to research the clinical significance of the TXNIP gene. Methods The expression of TXNIP gene and Kiss-1 gene were detected by IHC in 71 cases of colorectal carcinoma, and also detected by RT-PCR in 51 cases of colorectal carcinoma . Results There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of TXNIP gene and Kiss-1 gene (P<0.05). In the cancer tissue, the positive expression rate of TXNIP gene of lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and the Dukes C、D were lower than the negative lymph node metastasis, negative distant metastasis and Dukes A、B (P <0.05). Conclusions There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of TXNIP gene and Kiss-1 gene in colorectal carcinoma. TXNIP gene may restrant the metastasis of colorectal carcinoma like the Kiss-1 gene .
