为研究新研发的碳纤维索股内套管锥形粘结型锚具的抗疲劳性能,进行了应力水平为629~704.48MPa的200万次疲劳加载试验,测试了体现锚固性能的各项指标,分析了锚具各组件之间的相对位移量、锚固区碳纤维丝表面粘结力及疲劳后的残余极限承载力的变化情况。试验结果表明:各组件之间的相对位移量很小,且主要发生在前50万次循环加载过程中,之后趋于稳定,各组件之间相互协调性非常稳定;锚固区碳纤维丝表面粘结力失效程度小;锚环外表面环向应变几乎无变化,锚环工作状态良好;相比静力极限承载力,锚固系统疲劳后的残余极限承载力不会降低;该新型锚具抗疲劳性能优秀,在长期使用过程中具有很高的安全储备。
In order to study the fatigue resistance of the newly developed tapered sheath anchorage device for carbon fiber strands, two million cycles of fatigue loading at stress level of 629 ~ 704.48MPa were carried out to test the indexes that reflect the anchoring performance. The relative displacement between each component of anchor, the surface adhesion of carbon fiber in anchorage zone and the residual ultimate capacity after fatigue were analyzed. The experimental results show that the relative displacement between the components is very small, and mainly occurs during the first 500,000 cycles of loading, and then tends to be stable. The coordination among the components is very stable. The surface of the carbon fiber in the anchorage zone is bonded The degree of failure is insignificant; the circumferential strain on the outer surface of the anchor ring has almost no change, and the working condition of the anchor ring is good; the residual ultimate bearing capacity after the fatigue of the anchor system does not decrease compared to the static ultimate bearing capacity; Excellent, with a high safety margin during long-term use.
