1 前言西段村水库是三门峡市槐扒黄河提水工程的调节水库,属中型水库,总库容2970万 m~3,大坝为均质土坝,最大坝高45.6m。左岸台地0+217~0+452段坝基下15~24m 深有一层 alQ_(3-1)。含泥砂卵石层,厚度3~10m,渗透系数2.12×10~(-4)~3.05×10~(-4)cm/s,渗漏量较大。针对槐扒工程提水扬程大、供水成本高的特点,河南省水利勘测设计院设计选用塑性垂直防渗墙,以截断 Q_(3-1)含泥砂卵石层。这是河南省水利工程首次引用塑性混凝土防渗墙技术,也是河南省水利第一工程局首次承担塑性混凝土防渗墙施工项目。塑性混凝土是最近10年发展起来的一种新型防渗材料,它是用黏土和(或)膨润土取代普通混凝土中的大部分水泥形
1 Foreword Xidancun Reservoir is the regulating reservoir of Huai Pa Yellow River water diversion project in Sanmenxia City. It is a medium-sized reservoir with a total storage capacity of 29.7 million m3. The dam is a homogeneous earth dam and the maximum dam height is 45.6 m. There is a layer of alQ_ (3-1) at the depth of 15 ~ 24m below the base of the left bank platform 0 + 217 ~ 0 + 452. In view of the characteristics of carambola extraction lift and high cost of water supply, the plastic vertical cutoff wall is designed and selected by Henan Water Conservancy Survey and Design Institute to cut off Q_ (3-1) muddy gravel layer.
