用高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法分析了杨树叶片磷脂酰甘油(PG)的分子种组成,用酶解和气相色谱(GC)方法分析了PG脂肪酸定位,比较了抗寒性不同的杨树(Populusdeltoidescv.LuxI69/55和Poeuramericanacv.I45/51)叶片PG分子种。结果表明,杨树叶片PG主要含有以下的分子种脂肪酸组成(sn1和sn2)∶18∶3/18∶2(18∶2/18∶3),18∶3/16∶1(3t);18∶3/16∶0;18∶2/16∶1(3t);16∶0/18∶2,18∶2/16∶0;18∶1/16∶1(3t);16∶0/16∶1(3t);18∶1/18∶1,16∶0/18∶1(18∶1/16∶0);16∶0/16∶0。16∶1(3t)位于sn2位,16∶0在sn1位和sn2位均有发现,C18脂肪酸主要在sn1位,两种杨树叶PG的不饱和分子种都在70%以上。抗寒性强的欧美杨Ⅰ45的不饱和分子种/饱和分子种比率为3.10,大于不抗寒的美洲黑杨Ⅰ69的比率,杨树叶PG的饱和分子种含量之和∑[(16∶0/16∶0+16∶0/16∶1(3t)]与抗寒性密切相关,Ⅰ69杨叶片PG的∑?
The molecular species composition of phosphatidylglycerol (PG) in poplar leaves was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The PG fatty acids were analyzed by enzymolysis and gas chromatography (GC) method. The poplar trees with different cold resistance (Populus deltoides cv.LuxI 69/55 and Poeuramericanacv.I 45/51) leaf PG molecular species. The results showed that poplar leaves PG mainly contains the following molecular species fatty acid composition (sn 1 and sn 2): 18: 3/18: 2 (18: 2/18: 3), 18: (3t); 18: 3/16: 3 (3t); 16: 0/18: 2; 18: 2/16: 16: 1/16: 16: 1 (3t); 18: 1/18: 1 16: 0/18: 1 sn 2, 16:0 in sn 1 and sn 2 were found, C18 fatty acids mainly in sn 1, two poplar leaves PG unsaturated species are more than 70%. Hardiness of Europe and the United States Yang Ⅰ 45 unsaturated molecular species / saturated molecular species ratio was 3.10, greater than the non-resistant Populus I. 69 ratio, poplar leaf PG saturated molecular species content Σ [(16:0 / 16:0 + 16:0 / 16:1 (3t)] is closely related to cold resistance, Ⅰ 69 poplar PG PG?
