目的:系统描述糖尿病移动健康平台的应用现状,分析移动健康平台存在的局限性,并指出移动健康平台在糖尿病健康管理中的应用前景。方法:使用“diabetes”或“diabetes mellitus”和:“mobile phone”在CNKI、WangFang Date数据库中进行检索,查找关于糖尿病移动健康平台的相关研究提取资料进行总结阐述。结果:糖尿病移动健康平台在糖尿病患者的饮食控制,运动疗法,自我监测,健康教育,药物治疗方面都有积极效果。结论:糖尿病移动健康平台能有效地带动糖尿病患者健康管理的可持续发展,形成规范全面的生活方式干预流程,最终达到促进患者健康的目的,但在老年人群中心理干预方面仍存在局限。 OBJECTIVE: To systematically describe the status quo of the application of mobile health platform for diabetes and analyze the limitations of mobile health platform, and point out the potential application of mobile health platform in the management of diabetes mellitus. Methods: Using “diabetes ” or “diabetes mellitus ” and “: mobile phone ” to search in CNKI and WangFang Date database and find out the relevant research and extraction data about diabetes mobile health platform. Results: The mobile health platform for diabetes has a positive effect on diet control, exercise therapy, self-monitoring, health education and drug treatment in diabetic patients. CONCLUSION: The diabetes mobile health platform can effectively promote the sustainable development of diabetes patients ’health management and form a normative comprehensive life style intervention process, which can eventually promote the patients’ health. However, there are still some limitations in the psychological intervention in the elderly population.
