针对速度传感器故障率较高、易受干扰等问题,提出了一种速度观测器,用于矿井提升机无速度传感器直接转矩控制。该方法将变结构控制和自适应控制进行有机结合,以定子电流作为参考模型输出量,采用电流偏差构造了合理的滑模面,根据Lyapunov稳定性定理,分析了观测器的收敛条件,证明了其稳定性,得到了转速估计表达式。理论和仿真结果表明,所提出转速辨识方法具有较好准确度和抗干扰性能。
Aiming at the problems of high failure rate of speed sensor and easily disturbed, a velocity observer is proposed for speed sensorless direct torque control of mine hoist. The method combines the variable structure control with the adaptive control. The stator current is taken as the output of the reference model. The current slip is used to construct a reasonable sliding mode surface. According to the Lyapunov stability theorem, the convergence condition of the observer is analyzed. Its stability, get the speed estimate expression. The theoretical and simulation results show that the proposed speed identification method has better accuracy and anti-jamming performance.
