试错权是每个人生来就具有的权利之一,它构成了人类社会在实践中不断发展的基础,对试错权进行合理的保护、加快容错纠错的机制建设,是新时代我国进一步全面深化改革的必然要求。就新冠肺炎疫情而言,当疫情爆发后,李文亮等医生拉响警报向人们发出了警惕的信号。这种行为是一种试错的实践。基于肺炎疫情的复杂性和专业性,科学技术领域特别是医学领域的试错权应该交给基层的医生和科研工作者,同时为体现相互赋权的原则,基层医生和科研工作者的试错实践要接受政府和人民的监督,这种监督权是对试错权的一种制约,否则随意试错和拉响警报的行为会让
