目前,石油企业劳动力结构不合理,内部劳动力流向失控,使劳动力资源不能得到合理的利用。由此产生的许多矛盾和冲突,直接影响到石油企业经济效益的提高。走提高经济效益的路,就必须解决劳动力资源的合理开发和利用的问题,认识石油企业劳动力需求的客观规律,确定合理的结构,控制流向,实现劳动力的良性循环。 一、石油企业劳动力需求与结构的依据 以加工业为代表的一般工业企业,劳动力的需求量最终决定于产品的社会需求量和劳动生产率。如果用公式来表示,就是:
