泪囊肿瘤在临床上极少见,笔者近几年来诊治2例,泪囊鳞状细胞癌、肉瘤各1例,现报告如下:例1.患者女,61岁.因右眼眶肿物3个月,于1995年3月再入院.患者于1974年9月右眼溢泪,内眦部肿物7个月以泪囊囊肿由外院转本科.右眼内眦部有一蚕豆大肿物,质地中等,压迫内眦部无脓计从泪点溢出,冲洗泪道时上泪小管通畅,下泪小管受阻;X线片未见骨质破坏,诊断为右眼泪囊囊肿.于1974年9月21日在局麻下行右眼泪道探查术,术中见扩大的泪囊表面光滑,包膜菲薄,突出于内眦韧带,下至眶缘,分离时泪囊囊腔内有大小不等(大者3mm×3mm、小者1mm×1mm)息肉样颗粒,其间以疏松结缔组织相连.病理学诊断为纤维肉瘤.本次入院检查:一般情况好.右眼眶内下缘可触及一1cm×1cm肿物,质地硬,表面不平整并与眼眶壁粘连,视力正常,眼球运动自如.行手术切除.病理诊断为高分化淋巴细胞性恶性淋巴瘤.例2.患者男,44岁.因右眼流泪,内眦部肿物6个月,诊断为右眼泪囊囊肿入眼科.检查:一般情况好.右眼下睑结膜稍充血,眼球正常.上泪小点正常,下泪小点充血,冲洗泪道时出现上冲通畅,肿物无变化,下泪小管(?)外阻塞
