本实验采用放射纸色谱、硅胶色谱以及放射自显影、放射色谱扫描法,对7种放射性标记物研究了色谱分析的条件并比较了结果。
In this experiment, the conditions of chromatographic analysis and comparison of the results of seven kinds of radiolabels were studied using radiometric paper chromatography, silica gel chromatography, autoradiography, and radiochromatography.
