研究特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿免疫功能。采用ABC-ELISA法、间接推数法等方法检测了32例ITP患儿及20例正常小儿的免疫功能情况。结果表明,ITP患儿血小板相关抗体(PAIgG)显著升高,红细胞C3b受体花环率下降、红细胞免疫复合物花环率增高、T细胞亚群有不同程度变化。提示ITP患儿不但存在细胞、体液免疫功能紊乱,也存在红细胞免疫功能的改变,并且它们之间存在着一定的相关性,说明ITP患儿免疫内环境发生紊乱。
To study the immune function of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) children. The immune function of 32 children with ITP and 20 normal children were detected by ABC-ELISA and indirect counting method. The results showed that platelet-associated antibody (PAIgG) in ITP children was significantly increased, the rosette of erythrocyte C3b receptor decreased, the rate of rosette of erythrocyte immune complex increased, and T cell subsets changed to some extent. It is suggested that ITP children not only have cells and humoral immune dysfunction, but also have the change of erythrocyte immune function, and there is a certain correlation between them, indicating that immune environment of ITP children is disorder.
