网上证券直接交易能显著降低交易成本、提高交易效率,发展前景十分广阔。传统监管法律规则已不能满足日益增长的网上证券直接交易的需要,须结合网络技术发展而不断更新。我国应借鉴美国监管经验,及早确立网上证券直接交易的法律规制之道。 Direct trading of online securities can significantly reduce transaction costs and improve transaction efficiency, with a bright future for development. The traditional regulatory rules have failed to meet the growing need for direct transactions of online securities and must be constantly updated in the light of the development of network technologies. Our country should learn from the experience of the United States supervision and establish the legal regulation of the online securities direct trading as early as possible.
