本文采用工作满意度调查问卷、员工敬业度问卷、症状自评量表对378名企业80后知识型员工进行施测,考察80后知识型员工的心理健康、满意度与敬业度的关系。
In this paper, we surveyed 378 post-80 knowledge-based employees using the questionnaire of job satisfaction, employee engagement questionnaire and self-rating symptom scale to examine the relationship between mental health, satisfaction and engagement of post-80 knowledge workers.
