各市、地劳动(劳动和社会保障)局: 为进一步推进我省工伤、生育保险制度改革,逐步建立和完善与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的社会保险体系,现就进一步做好工伤、生育保险工作提出以下意见,望结合本地实际,认真贯彻落实。一、加强领导,加快工伤、生育保险制度改革的步伐。各地要切实把工伤、生育保险制度改革作为社会保障体系建设的重要工作抓紧抓好。要加强领导,把工伤、生育保险制度改革纳入重要议事日程,及时研究解决工作中存在的困难和问题。实行目标管理责任制,积极开展工作,如期实现各项工作目标。二、加大工作力度,积极推行工伤、生育保险费用社
