目的:比较保妇康凝胶和倍美力软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效及安全性.方法:选取观察组(保妇康凝胶)52例,对照组(倍美力软膏)27例患者,观察用药后患者阴道PH值变化、症状改善情况,血清激素水平变化.结果:两组结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),结论:保妇康凝胶,纯中药制剂,新剂型,治疗老年性阴道炎疗效较好,应用方便安全,用药周期短.患者依从性高.
