众所周知,在企业发展过程中最为重要的资源就是人力资源,而人力资源的核心组成部分就是激励机制。企业人力资源管理的成败最终取决于企业对员工的重视程度,而激励机制则是提高企业员工的创造性、主动性的主要方式,是反应企业对员工重视程度的主要表现。恰到好处的激励机制,不仅可以让员工为企业创造更多的经济效益,也可以让企业在获取更多经济效益的同时最大限度地降低成本。
As we all know, the most important resource in the process of enterprise development is human resources, and the core component of human resources is the incentive mechanism. The success or failure of enterprise human resource management ultimately depends on the degree to which enterprises attach importance to the employees. Incentive mechanism is the main way to improve the creativeness and initiative of employees. It is the main manifestation of the importance attached to employees by the reaction enterprises. Just right incentive mechanism, not only for employees to create more economic benefits for enterprises, but also allow businesses to get more economic benefits while minimizing costs.
