日本的对外贸易“非常”及“信用”保险法制包括对外贸易一般保险法律制度、汇兑变动保险法律制度、出口票据保险法律制度、出口保证保险法制度、预付进口保险法律制度、海外投资保险法律制度和海外事业资金贷款保险法律制度等七种。了解和掌握这些法律机制的运转情况 ,借鉴其成功经验 ,对充实和完善我国对外经贸活动中的保险法律制度 ,确保我国的国家主权和对外贸易当事人的合法权益是十分必要的
Japan’s Foreign Trade “Extraordinary” and “Credit” Insurance Laws include the legal system of general foreign trade insurance, the legal system of exchange-change insurance, the legal system of export-receipt insurance, the export-warranty insurance legal system, the prepaid import insurance legal system, the overseas investment insurance legal system and Overseas business capital loans insurance legal system seven. Understanding and mastering the operation of these legal mechanisms and drawing on their successful experiences is necessary to enrich and perfect the insurance legal system in China’s foreign trade and economic activities and ensure the sovereignty of our country and the legitimate rights and interests of parties to foreign trade.
