本文针对高校体育课中出现的统一性和学生个体发展需要的矛盾 ,结合普通高校体育教学具体实际 ,提出并实施了“按层次分班教学”,它符合因材施教和个体发展原则 ,实验证明 ,它不仅能提高学生的身体素质和健身技术 ,而且为培养学生终身体育习惯打下良好的基础 ,亦为当前高校体育教学改革有所启示和借鉴 .
