利用松弛变量的DEA模型,基于价值链视角将高技术产业技术研发过程分为技术开发和技术成果转化两个阶段,并分别对其效率和影响因素进行了实证研究。主要研究结论有:技术开发阶段和成果转化阶段平均效率都较低,且都主要来自于纯技术无效率;技术开发阶段和成果转化阶段的效率平均每年分别改进11.9%和3.7%,这主要来自于技术进步;企业所有权结构、市场结构、政府政策支持力度等因素对我国高技术产业的研发效率有较大影响,而企业规模对研发效率影响不明显。
Based on the value chain perspective, the DEA model of slack variables is used to divide the R & D process of high-tech industry into two stages: technology development and transformation of technological achievements. Empirical research on its efficiency and influencing factors are carried out. The main conclusions are as follows: the average efficiency in both the technology development stage and the fruit conversion stage is relatively low, mainly due to the purely technical inefficiency; and the efficiency in the technology development stage and the fruit conversion stage is improved by 11.9% and 3.7% respectively on average respectively, mainly from In technological progress, factors such as the structure of enterprise ownership, market structure and government policy support have a great impact on the R & D efficiency of high-tech industries in our country, while the impact of firm size on R & D efficiency is not obvious.
