目的分析开腹与阴式子宫全切术治疗早期子宫内膜癌,进行探讨其治疗效果,找到一种能够快速治疗早期子宫内膜癌的手术方式。方法把2011年7月至2011年10月在本院就诊的14例早期子宫内膜癌的患者作为对象进行治疗。把这些患者分成两组,分别采用开腹子宫全切术,阴式子宫全切术治疗早期子宫内膜癌,并且记录两组的手术时间和术中失血量,进行分析比较。结果从得出的数据来看,开腹子宫全切术组的手术时间长、术中失血量比较多和阴式子宫全切术组相比时间更长、失血量更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴式子宫全切术治疗早期子宫内膜癌在缩短手术时间、减少术中失血量方面比开腹子宫全切术更加优越。所以,治疗早期子宫内膜癌的较好的方法 ,我们可以选择阴式子宫全切术或者开腹子宫全切术之间阴式子宫全切术。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparotomy and vaginal hysterectomy on early endometrial cancer and to explore its therapeutic effect and to find a surgical method that can rapidly treat early endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 14 patients with early endometrial cancer treated in our hospital from July 2011 to October 2011 were enrolled in this study. These patients were divided into two groups, respectively, with open hysterectomy hysterectomy for early endometrial cancer, and the two groups were recorded operation time and intraoperative blood loss, analysis and comparison. Results From the data obtained, open laparotomy hysterectomy surgery for a long time, more intraoperative blood loss and vaginal hysterectomy group compared to a longer time, more blood loss, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Vaginal hysterectomy for early endometrial cancer in shortening the operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss than open hysterectomy more superior. Therefore, the treatment of early endometrial cancer better method, we can choose vaginal hysterectomy or total hysterectomy hysterectomy hysterectomy.
