昆明小厂村项目由4栋127.7~129.8m高的超高层住宅组成,属于B级高度的剪力墙结构体系。介绍了该8度设防区超高层剪力墙结构体系抗震性能化设计的主要结果,特别介绍了采用弹塑性分析软件PERFORM-3D在“中震可修、大震不倒”二阶段抗震设计中的具体应用情况,并根据PERFORM-3D中震动力弹塑性分析与SATWE弹性中震分析的比较结果,针对8度区同类结构的中震分析提出了建议。
