目的对2010—2011年南京军区放射工作人员个人剂量监测中数据异常的原因进行总结分析。方法采用个人剂量计,对个人剂量监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2010—2011年期间,全区共计125人次个人剂量异常,其中从事介入治疗工作的占57.6%,从事放射诊断工作的仅占2.4%。大部分异常剂量在5 mSv以下,且56.8%的剂量异常并非实际受照。导致剂量异常的原因主要有剂量计佩戴不规范(50.4%)、工作量大、接触射线时间长(37.6%),以及操作不规范(4.8%)等。结论加强防护知识培训,加大监督执法力度,提高个人防护意识,保证数据真实可靠,是下一步工作的重点。
Objective To summarize the causes of abnormal data in personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in Nanjing Military Region from 2010 to 2011. Methods A personal dosimeter was used for statistical analysis of individual dose monitoring results. Results During the period 2010-2011, a total of 125 personal dose anomalies occurred in the whole region, of which 57.6% were engaged in interventional work and only 2.4% were engaged in radiation diagnosis. Most abnormal doses below 5 mSv, and 56.8% of the dose abnormalities are not actually exposed. The main causes of abnormal dose is irregular wear (50.4%), heavy workload, long exposure time (37.6%), and irregular operation (4.8%). Conclusion It is the focus of the next step to strengthen the training of prevention knowledge, increase supervision and law enforcement, raise the awareness of personal protection and ensure the authenticity of the data.
