目的研究单核细胞源性趋化因子对培养的牛视网膜M櫣ller细胞的趋化作用?椒ㄒ缘抖沟鞍譇激活小牛的单核细胞 ,以此单核细胞条件培养基作为趋化因子的来源 ,用改良的Boyden小室微孔滤膜法检测其对培养的牛视网膜M櫣ller细胞的趋化活性 ,并检测经明胶结合处理掉纤维连接蛋白 (FN)后条件培养基的活性。结果该条件培养基对培养的M櫣ller细胞具有趋化活性 ,且该条件培养基在经明胶处理后其趋化活性降低 ,但仍然存在。结论该条件培养基对M櫣ller细胞趋化作用的物质成份不是单一的 ,是多种因素作用的结果 ,单核巨噬细胞系统在增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变发病中具有重要的作用
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemotactic effect of monocyte-derived chemotactic factor on bovine retinal Müller cells in vitro. Factor of origin, the chemotactic activity of the conditioned medium on cultured bovine retinal Müller cells was examined using a modified Boyden chamber microporous membrane assay and the activity of the conditioned medium after gelatin-bound fibronectin (FN) treatment was tested. Results The conditioned medium had chemotactic activity on cultured Müller cells, and the conditioned medium had reduced chemotactic activity but remained present after gelatin treatment. CONCLUSION: The substance of this conditioned medium is not single for chemotaxis of M 櫣 ller cells as a result of various factors. Monocyte-derived macrophage system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of proliferative vitreoretinopathy
