对机床结构的动态特性进行计算机辅助计算时,要有元件(如轴承)和各种接合面的动态参数(刚度和阻尼值),否则即使解决了计算方法并编制了计算程序,也无法计算。我国在这方面的研究起步较晚,但是其重要性已逐渐被各方面所认识。这篇文章是为配合主轴系统计算机辅助计算的研究,以主轴用滚动轴承为例,较详细地介绍了利用机械阻抗传递函数分析仪测试的阻抗曲线建立结构数学模型的步骤和方法,并提供了具体的参数。有关机械阻抗方法的一些基本概念,可见本刊1978年第5、6期的机床基础理论讲座第三讲《机床动态特性》。
The computer-aided calculation of the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool structure requires the dynamic parameters (stiffness and damping values) of the components (eg bearings) and the various joints, which can not be calculated even if the calculation method has been worked out and the calculation procedure has been programmed. My research in this field has started late, but its importance has gradually been recognized by all quarters. This article is for the study of computer aided calculation of the spindle system. Taking the spindle bearing as an example, this paper introduces in more detail the steps and methods of establishing the mathematical model of the structure by using the impedance curve of the mechanical impedance transfer function analyzer and provides the concrete The parameters. Some of the basic concepts of mechanical impedance methods can be found in Articles 5 and 6 of 1978 Machine Tool Theory Lecture III Lecture “Machine Tool Dynamic Characteristics.”
