目的探析粪乳铁蛋白联合血清C反应蛋白在判断活动性溃疡性结肠炎的临床诊断价值。方法 90例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,根据黏膜活检组织学检查结合Sutherland DAI评分标准分为溃疡性结肠炎活动期组(A1组)和溃疡性结肠炎缓解期组(A2组),各45例;同期选择健康体检者45例作为A3组,对A1、A2、A3组的粪乳铁蛋白及血清C反应蛋白检测结果加以回顾性分析。结果 A1组粪乳铁蛋白为(387.71±16.35)μg/L,C反应蛋白为(31.99±0.95)mg/L,A2组分别为(196.93±24.04)μg/L、(17.64±1.77)mg/L,A3组分别为(17.94±9.63)μg/L、(3.50±0.23)mg/L;A1组粪乳铁蛋白及血清C反应蛋白高于A2组和A3组,A2组高于A3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。粪乳铁蛋白联合血清C反应蛋白对活动性溃疡性结肠炎诊断的敏感度为99.7%,特异度为99.0%。结论粪乳铁蛋白联合血清C反应蛋白对活动性溃疡性结肠炎的诊断值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of fecal lactoferrin combined with serum C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of active ulcerative colitis. Methods Ninety patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into ulcerative colitis active group (group A1) and ulcerative colitis remission group (group A2) according to mucosal biopsy histological examination combined with Sutherland DAI score Forty-five cases were selected and 45 healthy subjects were selected as group A3 in the same period. The results of fecal lactoferrin and serum C-reactive protein in groups A1, A2 and A3 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The feces of lactoferricin in group A1 were (387.71 ± 16.35) μg / L and (31.99 ± 0.95) mg / L respectively, and those in group A2 were (196.93 ± 24.04) μg / L and (17.64 ± 1.77) mg / L and A3 were (17.94 ± 9.63) μg / L and (3.50 ± 0.23) mg / L, respectively. The fecal lactoferrin and serum C-reactive protein in group A1 were higher than those in group A2 and group A3, The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Fecal lactoferrin combined with serum C-reactive protein has a sensitivity of 99.7% and a specificity of 99.0% for the diagnosis of active ulcerative colitis. Conclusion Fecal lactoferrin combined with serum C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of active ulcerative colitis worth in the clinical promotion.
