教师在工作中常用也最直接的评价不外乎有两种,即表扬与批评。运用好表扬与批评是一门艺术,它会给你的工作带来意想不到的效果。表扬运用得当能使被表扬的个体找到自尊,树立信心,使个体所在的群体纷纷响应;批评运用得当能使被批评的个体心悦诚服,使个体所在的群体对批评之事深恶痛绝而远离之。反之,如果表扬、批评运用不当,久而久之,这个集体就会出现有表扬,正气得不到张扬,有批评,不良倾向得不到遏制。
Teachers often used in work also the most direct evaluation of no more than two, namely recognition and criticism. Using good commendation and criticism is an art that will give you unexpected results in your work. Appreciation of proper use enables individuals who are praised to find self-esteem, build up confidence, and make the groups where the individuals live in response. Criticism can properly convince the individuals who are apprehended and make the groups where the individuals are abhorrent from the criticisms. On the contrary, if praise and criticism are used improperly, as time passes, there will be a recognition of this group, no uprightness and criticism of righteousness, no containment of undesirable tendencies.
