如图1所示,履带起重机力矩限制器由传感器、显示器、控制器等组成。履带起重机在工作过程中,拉板力传感器和臂架角度传感器实时检测起重机的工作状态。检测信号经过控制器计算处理后得到实时吊重和工作幅度值,并将该值与控制器中存储的起重性能表参数进行对比,以判断起重机是否超载运行。以上所有信息均通过显示器界面显示,在危险情况下控制器发出声光报警信号,禁止执行危险动作。
