闸门搁门磁开关检测装置设计研究

目前上海市水闸、船闸大多为直升式或升卧式平板钢闸门,每扇闸门的两侧均安装有2个搁门器,当闸门升至搁门位置时,为减少钢丝绳负担且为门下通船的安全需要,需将闸门放置在搁门器上由搁门器完全承担闸门的重量,此时启闭机钢丝绳完全松弛。闸门侧滚轮由搁门器和门槽导轨支撑处于上搁门位(升卧式闸门称平卧位;部分闸门在中间位置也有中搁门位),钢丝绳处于松弛状态。搁门器的状态是闸门启闭过程中的一个重要信息,要确保能准确检测到2个搁门器脱开和到位是能否保证闸门自动控制安全和成功的前提。在水务远程化控制、信息化建设的要求下,搁门检测机构的可靠性、智能性就尤为重要。本检测结构属于电气自控检测装置,适用于闸门的电气控制保护,可直接接入闸门自动化监控系统,本检测机构涉及水闸、船闸的闸门检测保护。 At present, sluice gates and lock gates in Shanghai are mostly helicopter or ascending horizontal flat steel gates, and two door openers are installed on both sides of each gate. In the water remote control, information technology requirements, put the door testing agency reliability, intelligence is particularly important. The test structure belongs to the electrical self-test detection device, which is suitable for the electrical control and protection of the gate and can be directly connected to the gate automation monitoring system. The test institution involves the gate detection and protection of sluice and ship lock.
