目前上海市水闸、船闸大多为直升式或升卧式平板钢闸门,每扇闸门的两侧均安装有2个搁门器,当闸门升至搁门位置时,为减少钢丝绳负担且为门下通船的安全需要,需将闸门放置在搁门器上由搁门器完全承担闸门的重量,此时启闭机钢丝绳完全松弛。闸门侧滚轮由搁门器和门槽导轨支撑处于上搁门位(升卧式闸门称平卧位;部分闸门在中间位置也有中搁门位),钢丝绳处于松弛状态。搁门器的状态是闸门启闭过程中的一个重要信息,要确保能准确检测到2个搁门器脱开和到位是能否保证闸门自动控制安全和成功的前提。在水务远程化控制、信息化建设的要求下,搁门检测机构的可靠性、智能性就尤为重要。本检测结构属于电气自控检测装置,适用于闸门的电气控制保护,可直接接入闸门自动化监控系统,本检测机构涉及水闸、船闸的闸门检测保护。
