莫言曾说:“讲故事是人类的天性。”毋庸置疑,做一个会讲故事的老师,比机械反复的唠叨和说教更有趣,也更有效。班主任讲故事毕竟与文学家讲故事有所不同,在选择故事的过程中应思考:这个故事很有趣,但要解决当下班级的什么问题,要带给学生怎样的启迪和收获?故事再新奇,人物再传奇,情节再离奇,它只是教育的一种载体,如果与主题不相干,都应忍痛割爱。一个会讲故事的老师,可以变空洞的说教为生动的叙事,可以化知识的传
