建立了一种基于百叶窗三维CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)模型与近似模型的百叶窗结构优化方法。通过试验设计DOE(Design Of Experiment)以及CFD计算分析,得到空气流经百叶窗后的压力降。将目标函数所包含的百叶窗性能参数通过加权后,应用iSIGHT FD软件构建响应面近似模型,以序列二次规划算法对百叶窗最优结构求解,其最终结果显示,目标函数较原模型减少8.43%。该方法简单,能直接用于一般百叶窗结构优化设计。
A blind structure optimization method based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model and approximate model of shutter is established. Through the Design Of Experiment (DOE) and the CFD calculation and analysis, the pressure drop of the air flowing through the louvers is obtained. After the performance parameters of the shutters included in the objective function are weighted, the response surface approximation model is constructed by using iSIGHT FD software and the optimal structure of the shutters is solved by the sequence quadratic programming algorithm. The final result shows that the objective function is reduced by 8.43% compared with the original model. The method is simple and can be directly used to optimize the design of a general shutter structure.
