在马克思主义中的政治和经济领域内,劳资关系是最为核心与重要的部分。经济飞速发展的今天,更让我们深刻的认识到民营企业劳资关系问题日趋严重。本文以对马克思劳资理论为基础进行研究,为构建民营企业的劳资关系提供了新的想法。虽然马克思劳资理论是通过研究西方资本主义经济而产生的产物,与我国的国情而言具有一定的局限性。但是,对现阶段民营企业劳资的关系,马克思劳资理论的研究还是具有一定的意义。
In the Marxist political and economic field, labor relations are the most central and important part. Today’s rapid economic development, but also make us a profound understanding of the relationship between labor and capital in private enterprises is worsening. This article based on Marx’s theory of labor-capital research, to provide a new idea for the establishment of labor-capital relations of private-owned enterprises. Although Marx’s theory of labor capital is produced through the study of western capitalist economy, it has some limitations with the national conditions of our country. However, the research on the labor capital theory of private enterprises still has some significance to the current relationship between the labor and capital of private enterprises.
