目的建立用反相高效液相色谱测定蔬菜酱腌制品、炒货、蜜饯等食品中乙酰磺胺酸钾食品添加剂的方法。方法样品中乙酰磺胺酸钾经石油醚除脂净化、用流动相提取定容、C18反相柱分离,在波长214 nm处检测。结果此方法的回收率为82.1%-103.0%,RSD为2.8%。结论此方法简便快速,准确可靠,可用于各类食品中乙酰磺胺酸钾含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of acesulfame potassium food additives in pickled vegetables, roasted seeds and preserved fruits, etc. by RP-HPLC. Methods Acesulfame-K was de-lipidated with petroleum ether. The mobile phase was used for extraction and determination. The sample was separated on a C18 reverse-phase column and detected at a wavelength of 214 nm. Results The recovery of this method was 82.1% -103.0% with a RSD of 2.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of Acesulfame K in various foods.
