晚清—民国埠际贸易网络体系的发展可从一定程度上反映传统经济的转变过程,其经历了三个不同的发展阶段:1885~1904年的快速扩展阶段;1936~1937年的战前埠际贸易发展的最高峰;1938年以后战争期间的非常规阶段。引人注意的是,埠际贸易的空间分布在百年尺度上变化极其剧烈。长江南北有较大的区域性差异,南方埠际贸易网络更为复杂。埠际贸易仅仅具备中等的空间集中程度,枢纽城市的贸易权重在研究时段内渐趋走低,中小城市港口直航渐成趋势,这种发展态势在抗战爆发之后略有反转。
Late Qing Dynasty - The development of the inter-port trade network system in the Republic of China can reflect the transformation process of the traditional economy to a certain extent. It has undergone three stages of development: the rapid expansion from 1885 to 1904, the war port from 1936 to 1937 The peak of the development of international trade; the unconventional phase of the war after 1938. What attracts people’s attention is that the spatial distribution of the inter-port trade has changed extremely rapidly on the centennial scale. There is a large regional difference between the north and the south of the Yangtze River, and the southern port trade network is more complicated. Inter-port trade only possessed medium spatial concentration. The trading weights of hub cities tended to go down during the research period, and the direct flights to ports in small and medium-sized cities gradually became a trend. This trend of development slightly reversed after the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan.
