January 20 is America’s inaugural day. Every four years, on the day when the new president, elected on November 8, was sworn in at the capital, Washington, the North American continent was the winter whistling snow-capped winter. However, the bitter cold dripping ice weather did not in any way diminish the enthusiasm of the American people on this traditional day.
