用D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)制备大鼠急性肝损伤模型。通过检测血清丙氨酸转氨酶活性(ALT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度,并观察光镜和电镜下肝组织的病理学改变,以探讨中药肝炎平对急性肝损害的保护作用。结果发现:肝损伤组ALT活性和TNF-α浓度分别为(2442.16±445.09)nmol·s(-1)/L见和(8.07±1.93)μg/L,而肝炎平组则为(1258.59±468.43)nmol·s(-1)/L和(0.63±0.27)μg/L。肝炎平可显著降低血清ALT和TNF-α的水平,减轻肝细胞的变性坏死,其对肝细胞的保护作用与肝得健一致。
Rat acute liver injury model was prepared with D-galactosamine (D-GalN). The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) concentrations were measured, and the pathological changes of liver tissue were observed under light microscope and electron microscope to explore the protective effect of Heyan-ping on acute liver damage. . The results showed that the ALT activity and TNF-α concentration in the liver injury group were (2442.16±445.09) nmol·s(-1)/L and (8.07±1.93) μg/L, respectively, while the hepatitis was observed. In the plain group, it was (1258.59±468.43) nmol·s(-1)/L and (0.63±0.27) μg/L. Hepatitis can significantly reduce the level of serum ALT and TNF-α, reduce the degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes, and its protective effect on hepatocytes is consistent with that of liver.
