为深入系统考查当代大学生体育锻炼动因与体育锻炼的价值取向。运用问卷调查方法,T检验和方差分析方法,对陕西省高校大学生的体育锻炼动机进行了抽样调查,研究表明:①当代大学生体育锻炼心理动因的大小顺序依次为健身动机、娱乐动机、交往动机、显示动机、逃避动机、学习动机、艺术动机、精神动机、能力动机和成就动机;②女大学生的体育锻炼动机水平要高于男大学生;③低年级学生在体育锻炼中看中交往交际,高年级学生在体育锻炼中看中缓解紧张情绪。
Investigating the Motivation of Contemporary College Students and the Value Orientation of Physical Exercise for Deep System Examination. Through questionnaire survey, T-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA), this paper conducts a sample survey on the motivation of college students in Shaanxi Province. The results show that: (1) The psychological motivation of college students in the order of fitness, entertainment and motivation, Showing motivation, evading motivation, learning motivation, artistic motivation, spiritual motivation, ability motivation and achievement motivation; ②the motivation level of female students in college students is higher than that of male college students; ③The lower grade students are fancy in social work, Students take good care of their tension in physical activity.
