目的:寻找更确切、有效、方便的预测自体外周血干细胞移植(APBSCT)后血小板恢复能力的指标。方法:利用巨核细胞集落形成单位(CFUMK)、流式细胞术等技术检测17例恶性血液病及实体瘤患者外周血干细胞移植物中巨核细胞前体细胞的数量。结果:①CD34+细胞中同时表达血小板膜糖蛋白者<5%;②CD34+/CD41a+细胞的数量与APBSCT后血小板恢复时间之间的相关性较CD34+细胞数量与血小板恢复时间之间的相关性好;③CFUMK的数量与血小板恢复之间有较好的相关性;④CD34+/CD41a+细胞数量与CFUMK数量之间具有较好的相关性。结论:移植物中CD34+/CD41a+细胞数量及CFUMK数量均可作为APBSCT后血小板恢复的预测指标,但以前者更方便、可靠
Objective: To find a more accurate, effective and convenient index for predicting platelet recovery after autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (APBSCT). Methods: The number of megakaryocyte progenitor cells in peripheral blood stem cell grafts from 17 patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors was detected by using the method of CFUMK and flow cytometry. Results ① The correlation between the number of CD34 + / CD41a + cells and the platelet recovery time after APBSCT was better than that of platelet membrane glycoproteins in CD34 + cells compared with the platelet membrane glycoprotein There was a good correlation between the number of MK and platelet recovery; ④ There was a good correlation between the number of CD34 + / CD41a + cells and the number of CFU-MK. Conclusion: The number of CD34 + / CD41a + cells and the number of CFUMK in the grafts can be used as predictors of platelet recovery after APBSCT. However, the former is more convenient and reliable
