针对预制体中纱线路径复杂,几何建模耗时较长的问题,提出了一种预制体边界反射(PBR)方法,有效地缩短了几何建模过程中建立纱线运动模型的计算时间。在此基础上,开发了基于SolidWorks软件的CAD仿真建模系统,可模拟不同编织参数下的三维编织预制体整体结构。与传统建模方法相比,PBR方法可在不影响预制体几何建模精度的前提下,明显缩短仿真时间。因此,可明显提高编织工艺设计的效率。该方法为复杂几何结构预制体的细观结构和机械性能研究奠定了基础。
Aiming at the problem that the yarn path in the preform is complex and the geometric modeling consumes a long time, a PBR method is proposed to effectively reduce the calculation time for establishing the yarn motion model during geometric modeling. On this basis, a CAD simulation modeling system based on SolidWorks software is developed, which can simulate the overall structure of three-dimensional braided preform under different weaving parameters. Compared with the traditional modeling methods, the PBR method can significantly shorten the simulation time without affecting the geometric modeling accuracy of the preform. Therefore, the efficiency of the weaving process design can be significantly improved. The method lays the foundation for the study of mesostructure and mechanical properties of complex geometrical preform.
