本文运用文献资料法、调研法,进行校园体育场馆市场化经营策略研究。当前校园体育场馆资源相对丰富,随着我国经济的不断发展,人民群众生活条件越来越好,而校园体育场馆以其特有的优势成为了全民健身运动的理想去处。但是原有的校园体育场馆的管理模式不能完全适应目前的环境。根据校园体育场馆独特的自身条件,把它面向市场,按照市场化,企业化的模式去运营和管理,这样不仅可以减轻学校养管的资金负担,还可以满足周边群众的需求,最终达到双赢的效果。
This article uses the literature data method, the research method, carries on the market management strategy research on the campus stadium. Currently, there are abundant resources in campus sports stadiums. With the continuous development of economy in our country, the living conditions of the people are getting better and better. However, with its unique advantages, the campus sports stadiums have become the ideal place for national fitness activities. However, the original campus stadium management model can not fully adapt to the current environment. According to the unique conditions of campus sports venues, it is market-oriented and operated and managed according to the market-oriented and entrepreneurial model. This not only alleviates the financial burden on school-raising, but also meets the needs of the surrounding people and ultimately achieves a win-win situation effect.
