针对目前激光-MIG复合焊的缺点,设计了一种基于视觉控制的激光-MIG复合焊焊缝跟踪系统,研究了基于图像处理的激光视觉技术,对焊缝进行直线/圆弧拟合,利用插补算法对焊缝进行仿真跟踪。实验结果表明:图像经过滤波、细化可以得到清晰的结构光骨架,利用直线/圆弧算法对采样点进行拟合,拟合精度在允许范围以内,通过直线、圆弧插补对焊缝进行仿真跟踪,跟踪精度较高。
In view of the shortcomings of current laser-MIG composite welding, a laser-MIG composite welding seam tracking system based on visual control is designed. The laser vision technology based on image processing is studied. The welding seam is simulated by line / arc, Interpolation algorithm to simulate the weld tracking.
