目的:探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法结合数字化排牙实验教学方法在口腔正畸学教学中的应用效果。方法选取新疆医科大学五年制口腔医学专业80名学生为研究对象。将这些学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用 PBL 结合数字化排牙实验教学方法,对照组采用 PBL 教学方法。教学结束后,通过对两组学生的问卷调查、口腔正畸学考试和督导教师对带教教师的评价来评价教学效果。结果实验组学生的考试成绩和对教学方法的评价均优于对照组学生,差别具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论PBL 结合数字化排牙实验教学方法提高了教学效果,不仅能够锻炼学生的动手能力、沟通交流能力,而且提高了学生的临床思维能力。“,”Objective To explore the effect of the teaching method of PBL combining with digital arranging teeth test in teaching orthodontic.Methods Eighty stomatology students (32 men,48 women) were selected into the experiment from Xinjiang Medical University.The sample was divided into two groups randomly.The teaching method of PBL was used to teach the control group(n =40).The teaching method of PBL combining with digital arranging teeth test was used to teach the experimental group(n =40).The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey,orthodontic test and teachers,evaluation. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in test score and questionnaire evalua-tion,and there were significant differences between two groups(P <0.05).Conclusions The teaching method of PBL combining with digital arranging teeth test not only improved stomatology students clinical communication level,but also enhanced their clinical thing abilities.So the teaching method should be ad-vocated in teaching orthodontic.
