目的分析探讨质子泵抑制剂雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年性反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选择滨海新区汉沽中医医院消化科2015年1月-2016年8月收治的老年性反流性食管炎患者84例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组服用质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用质子泵抑制剂雷贝拉唑治疗,观察两组患者服药后的临床症状、治疗效果及积分变化,进行生存质量评分。结果治疗前84例患者的临床症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者临床症状积分均得到明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的69.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性反流性食管炎患者采用雷贝拉唑治疗,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of proton pump inhibitor rabeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis. Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with senile reflux esophagitis admitted to Department of Gastroenterology, Hangu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Binhai New Area from January 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases each. The control group received proton Pump inhibitor omeprazole treatment, the observation group using proton pump inhibitor rabeprazole treatment, the clinical symptoms, treatment effect and integral changes were observed after two groups of patients, the quality of life score. Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the 84 patients before treatment and the latter (P> 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of both groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.05%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of rabeprazole in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
