目的:探讨缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠心脏功能的变化特点。方法:采用电生理学方法,在常氧和缺氧条件下,观察不同剂量梭曼中毒后大鼠心脏功能指标的变化。结果:缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠心脏功能明显抑制,缺氧对心脏舒张功能的影响更为明显,梭曼中毒对心脏收缩功能的抑制严重。结论:缺氧和梭曼中毒同时作用对心脏可产生明显的复合损伤效应,表现为两种致伤效应的相加作用或相互加重作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of cardiac function in soman-poisoned rats under hypoxia. Methods: The electrophysiological methods were used to observe the changes of cardiac function after soman poisoning at different doses of normoxia and hypoxia. Results: Cardiac function was significantly inhibited in soman-poisoned rats under hypoxic conditions. The effect of hypoxia on diastolic function was more pronounced. Soman’s inhibition of cardiac systolic function was more serious. Conclusion: Simultaneous hypoxia and soman poisoning can produce obvious compound damage effect on the heart, showing the additive effect of two kinds of wounding effects or mutual aggravating effect.
