失眠通常是指患者对睡眠时间和/或睡眠质量不满意并影响白天社会功能的一种主观体验。在人的一生中,没有哪一个人没有失眠的经历。对于老年人来说,失眠更是司空见惯的事情。调查发现,有一半以上的老人觉得自己的睡眠情况不理想。严格地说起来,单纯的、短期的失眠算不了什么大病,也无须刻意关注,但如果长期睡眠质量不高,则容易引发一系列症状,带来严重的后果,这一点倒是应该予以重视的。现实生活中,有的老人为了睡一个好觉,不得不依赖于安眠药;而长期服用安眠药会带来其他不良后果,这是大家都知道的事情,它甚至会造成更为严重的失眠,形成恶性循环。这种情况告诉我们,如何正确对付失眠,让自己每天都能睡个好觉,对老年人确实是件很有必要的事情。有鉴于此,我们就来和大家一起谈谈——
