新横滨车站在 2 0 0 0年 10月翻新中引进了 2台涡轮制冷机作为车站中央大厅的空调机 ,以提高旅客的舒适度。翌年 11月 ,即 1号机和 2号机都发生了油压故障而停止使用。在停机后对制冷机解体的检查中 ,发现压缩机轴和轴承有严重磨损 ;在润滑油中发现大量钨粉末 ,确认是油品状况恶化 ,为浪涌运行以及电蚀所致。本研究针对这些原因提出了应采取的措施 ,通过这些措施基本上实现了压缩机正常运行。
Shin-Yokohama Station introduced two turbo refrigerators as air-conditioners in the central lobby of the station during the refurbishment in October 2000 to enhance passenger comfort. The following year in November, that is, 1 and 2 aircraft have a hydraulic fault and stop using. In the inspection after disintegration of the refrigerator disintegration, the compressor shaft and bearings were found to have severe wear; a large amount of tungsten powder was found in the lubricating oil, confirming the deteriorating oil condition, surge operation and galvanic corrosion. In this study, we put forward the measures to be taken for these reasons. Through these measures, we can basically achieve the normal operation of the compressor.
